-I am very happy to perform again with Stony Brook Baroque, winner of Early Music America's 2006-2007 Collegium Musicum Grant competition, at my beloved Alma Mater. Its distinguished director, renowned harpsichordist Arthur Haas, has nurtured countless young students into talented early music musicians. We will be giving two performances: first at the Staller Center Recital Hall at Stony Brook University on Sunday, November 16th at 3:00 pm and the second at the Second Presbyterian Church (96th and Central Park West) on Tuesday, November 18th at 8:00 pm. I will be performing in two pieces, Sonade from La Piémontoise, from "Les Nations" by François Couperin, and Benedictus from B minor Mass by Johann Sebastian Bach.
