-Recital was a great success thanks to the musicians who played beautifully last Saturday afternoon; Meg Cotner, Marc Levine, Martha McGaughey and Kuan-Chen Huang. I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the faculty of Stony Brook Music Department, Baron Prize committee and all the donors, Music Office manager Michael Hershkowitz, all my friends, and above all, Mrs. (Dr.) Carol Baron, for her warm and gracious support.

- I would like to thank Mrs. Carol Baron and the Samuel Baron Prize committee for their generous support of my music research in Spain. I am very proud to be able to premiere two charming Spanish rococo pieces acquired during my last two visits to Madrid.

- First half of the program will be performed on Baroque period instruments and second half will be performed on modern instruments.
