-I would like to invite you all to a Faculty Recital of renowned flutist and my former professor at Manhattan School of Music, Linda Chesis, who will perform all contemporary American flute music by Vincent Persichetti, Johan Corigliano, Aaron Copland, Peter Schickele, Aaron Jay Kernis, and Dric Ewazen. Along with distinguished assisting artists, this recital will be joined by seven former and current flute students of Linda Chesis, performing Monochrome I and V by Peter Schickele for EIGHT FLUTES!!
