Our third and last concert, by the invitation of Universidad Católica de San Pablo, was held in the magnificent Pinacoteca of the Monasterio de Santa Catalina in the city of Arequipa (12 May 2010). Santa Catalina is a beautiful cloistered convent first built around 1580 and expanded through the centuries. My friend and recorder soloist Alejandra Lopera-Quintanilla is responsible for this incredible journey. It was a truly special experience performing in such a venue.
